If you own, manage, occupy or have responsibilities for the premises you have a legal obligation to have your premises surveyed for Asbestos under Regulation 4 of the Control of Asbestos 2006 - it is your duty to manage Asbestos in your premises, not the landlord’s - yours as the occupier.
